Let’s talk today about my experience at Beach Haus Brewery in Belmar, New Jersey. I usually wait at least a few weeks before I start doing any sort of full review and discuss my ventures at a place, but for this brewery I will make an exception!
Beach Haus Brewery is located a short distance from the Jersey Shore in a town called Belmar. Now normally I don’t look forward to visits to New Jersey mostly because I immediately think of places like Newark. Honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised by New Jersey in general and the beer scene there is actually really good!! So don’t discount any breweries in New Jersey, because I have not been to a bad one yet! I was actually here on a work-related trip (off the clock for the night of course) when I decided to head to Beach Haus Brewery, so I grabbed an Uber and got there a couple hours before they closed.
When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff and a welcoming beach like themed retail area and taproom. The tap room had an outdoor deck area on the second floor where I enjoyed some people watching at a busy intersection. There was a small crowd of people, everyone was quiet and enjoying the beer. No rowdy crowds at all. The bar tenders were really friendly and enthusiastic about the beer and helped me with my selections for my visit. I grabbed my flight of beers to try and headed for the outdoor deck.
The beer was amazing! I enjoyed everyone I tried! I really enjoyed the Raspberry Radler they had, outstanding beer, very refreshing!! I even grabbed some to bring back home with me for other people to try it out. They don’t do there own food, but they do allow you to grab takeout and bring it in. I didn’t that night because I had already eaten.
The rest of my experience there before I left was nothing short of excellent. I know this is a short review compared to some of my others, but there isn’t too much to say other than they are excellent!! They continued to engage with me on Facebook and Untpped in a positive way. I will definitely try to make it here again in the future, it was that good! Beach Haus Brewery you rock!  I look forward to visiting again! Check them out if you are in that area! Remember, go have an adventure and try new things!!
